My Poor Car

Featured Replies

the sh!t that hit my car claims he did not see me whilst overtaking and i appeared from no where so he could not respond in time to avoid hitting me .

so this guy missed to see a yellow octy with headlights on on a 3 mile straight what a load of b@ll@cks

he doesnot give a sh!t though because he has just been bailed to appear for driving with no licence ( nothing at all about underage no mot or tax) he will most probably get 150 pound fine and 55 cost what a load of bullsh!t

he was overtaking a HGV and went headon into me which spun the octy into the wood i think that the nova was the softer option for the initial impact than a wood.

thanks for all your support

i might have told you this before but my hire car is a 800cc daewoo matiz you can hit 70 in 4th @ 6500 rpm what fun:)

it could be worse.. he could have killed you... im sure we could break his legs if we knew where he lived?;)

If he claims he did not see you on a straight road, then i would suggest there are good grounds for him to be charged with "Driving without due care and attention"

The fact that even David bloody Copperfield could not "appear from nowhere" on a straight road is also worth pointing out :)

Shows how strong a Skoda is - probably saved your life! Its w4nkers like this which I reckon will be the end of my car eventually! Its a fact of life we all stand a chance of encountering one of them!

i know im a sicko but have you any pics of the car so we can see how it took the impact?

He won't get done for any of the things he should have done if he was underage. He was on the wrong side of the road, however, and therefore in the wrong. Did the HGV driver stop and give his details as a witness? I'm afraid all your hopes must be pinned on your insurance company, ironmaiden. Others have said it all. Like Paul, seems sick but I'd like to see what an Octy looks like after writing off a Nova :D

iron maiden,

You have my deepest sympathy, having recently had an "encounter" with a 17 yr baseball cap wearing yoof in a red Nova, who ignored a give way sign on the side road he was on and sailed out straight in front of me!

Though I hit the anchors, there was nowhere to go, so I hit his cars front wing and engine bay.

Once I stopped shaking, he calmly admits he didn't check to see if any one was coming!

On the plus point my car's repairable and his insurance is footing the bill - I thank my lucky stars I picked a tough skoda...

P.S I hate little turds who drive Citroen Saxo's too:rant:

OI!!!!

:D

Oh MATE! Poor you... little ****es like this who drive illegally- not to mention dangerously- should be locked up in a room for an hour with the families of RTA's. If there's anything left of them after this, a year inside should be the standard.

What a terrible thing for you though...

Oh and Citroen Saxos? Stick a bloody sparkler on the back and be done with it, because they're driven like effing dodgems.

Again, oi!!!

Leave the Saxo alone! It's the to55ers that are driving them these days that is the problem!!

I take it you still have post holiday blues Nikki(sp.?)?;)

Not s much blue, mate as INDIGO.

Yep...you get my vote!:D

Oh and sorry to Saxos, but not Saxo drivers.

My real pet hate is the Big Wheel Mums on the school run with 1 kid in a car the size of my living room. Gaaah.

:D

(and mum owns a LWB 2.2 Frontera, but only cos she uses it as a truck and does a lot of towing etc :p)

Saxo...hot wheels man... bet it had a big sub in the back too.... nts nts nts nts....... nearly as tasteful as what i was driving at the same time.....

But you're an old git?

yes a whole 3 years older than you... punk.

When was it you were driving these "cars"?

Oh and just for Lady Loki,
