Think Im going to take the jump and go for spacers on the rear and see what they look like.

 

Plan is to go for 20mm but I will need new nuts, has anyone information on where to purchase new nuts and there length etc?

I found it easier and less hassle to get a specialist garage to supply and fit as you will also need new ilocking wheel nuts too.

If you buy a proper kit, it should come with everything you need.

 

Correct length bolts etc. 

 

With the bolt on ones, you bolt the spacer onto the car and then bolt your wheel onto the spacer. That way you keep your original bolts and locking wheel nut.

 

Awesome Gti sell the hubcentric FK ones (20mm) for about £85.

Have went for eibach spacers but they dont come with bolts however have found Taper 60 degree seat M14x1.5, 50mm shaft length, 17mm HEX from PRI Racing which should do the job.

@DaveA    Hi mate, I know this is an old thread but I was just curious if you got round to fitting the 20mm rear spacers? I’m looking at doing the same on mine and was just wondering if you have any photos of yours with them fitted and if you had any problems or advice? Thanks in advance.

there you go bud, 20 rear and 15 front
