Hi, 

If I try to start my car nothing happens, no dash lights, no sounds under the hood, only radio, electrical seats and lights work. Battery is okay, connected booster also and nothing. Could this be starter or starter wires? Thanks in advance and sorry for my rusty english

 

 

I would say its relay switch behind panel under the steering wheel just over driver feet . relay 460 should be two of them try swapping them about see if its faulty
