I have just filled the 16GB SD card I use for the Bolero in my VRS. Is there any maximum size that can be used for a new one, and has anybody noticed any difference in performance between the different speed classes and manufacturers?

32GB works fine, not tried a 64GB yet though.

Class 10 do not work! Took me ages to work out but every time I put the card in the car, my music vanished.

Working fine on a class 4 16gb with no lag at all.

Hmm, very strange as the one I'm using is class 10. Perhaps yours was just a strange one :-)

My Class 10 8gb card is fine!

I believe that 32gb is the largest you can use.

Maybe my 32gb class 10 off eBay was just a dodgy one!

A 64 Gb SDXC card worked fine for me. The trick was to re format it as fat32.

So which make / model / size SD card is recommended to use with amundsen? Basically wanna move the majority of my music off my phone onto an sd card to free up space on the phone

What brand and model of card did you but as I want to order a 64GB card but one that will work.

Not quite on topic, but whats the best way to load my sd card?, put some mp3 files on it but the stereo wouldnt read the card. is it best to put them in folders?
