Just messing with you - both photos and car look great

...the white was not my first option - the blue I was going for got snatched under my nose - but it did grew on me and, although it is a pain to keep clean, I am quite happy with it now.

I waiting for skoda to get back to me about a green 245 . Otherwise it will be white again . I like the grey but yes your rite , crap to keep clean

It's a 1.0 TSI DSG with a lot of options. Standard on this model:

Columbus, heated, dimmable and electric mirrors, Canton audio, heated front seats, full LED lights, KESSY, rubber boot floor or soft boot floor (you can turn it around), parking assistant, coloured MaxiDot. Ordered extra: Blind spot warning, traffic sign recognition, adaptive cruise control and Lane Assist.

Unfortunately, I have no other option - my workplace has a contract to park there.

My colleague has a Volvo V90 and he simply cannot squeeze there without stepping into another place.

I barely can and his car is 8cm wider.

Unfortunately it's black, white, red, or the flat grey on the 245.

Well I've asked and they are talking to cz from skoda uk 

Finally got the summer wheels on. A bit to bright for my liking - will be back to titanium grey next summer

Andy, the bars are these:

 

1 x Atera (28) SIGNO RT 122cm aero-profile alu bars (2) AR8222 (Skoda Octavia estate (2013 onwards). 

 

Very pleased with them. Top quality & easy to fit. 

 

The box is a Kamei Delphin.

 

I like the short, stubby, wide box because it allows the French Autoroute toll reader to operate without the front of the box blocking the signal & also the boot to open fully without fouling the back of the box. 

 

Both bought via The Roofbox Company.

I recommend them.  

 

FWIW, the bars are very quiet on the move. I've been up to the National Speed Limit with no whistling. 

 

The pano roof will open on tilt and I'm told will open fully. I'm not so sure about the full opening & don't want to chance it, so I have closed the blind & will save the pano until in France with the box & bars off.

Cheers Dunc69... this forum is a wealth of knowledge... always to good to get an honest recommendation from someone who has used the equipment... all i need now is the $$$

Glamping for weekend in Dorset then on to France....

It has been treating me so fine after it came back to life after the accident... So glad I can drive it again and it is back to it's former glory!

Was at the in-laws yesterday. Looked out their window and saw my car poking out from behind the wall, so snapped a pic. I thought it looked ace anyway.
