I'm still a relative newcomer to the Yeti forum, hoping to buy one myself in the near future.

 

Before being a regular lurker of this forum, I used to own a Seat Ibiza, and was a frequent poster in the Ibiza forum on SCN (seatcupra dot net).

 

It's clear from the style and language of posts here, that the typical Yeti owner is different to your typical Ibiza owner.

 

So I wondered what the typical age range of Yeti owners is - hence the poll.

I think you need to do another poll. I know you will find a mature ownership profile if you base it on age but I think you will get a much lower profile if you added words like 'feels like'' or 'thinks like' or even sometimes 'acts like'.

    Well so far, I'm the youngest - although technically I don't own one yet; by the time I do I may well have slipped down into the next bracket....

    Agree Richard, but we were all younger petrol heads once - at least I was (still am in fact).

     

    I would hazzard a guess that once most/everyone has voted, the average will be around the 50-60 region.

    Seems to be a relatively even spread from 30ish upwards - except for the big spike in the 60-64 range!

    Wonder why it's so popular in that particular range ?

    I've fitted in the "clump" for all my Yeti ownership .

    I was 60 when I got my first and turned 64 two  days ago.

    I guess it's all downhill starting next year... ;)

    4 years ago I was told that once you are over 55, you can start growing old disgracefully!
