Large Speedo Display

Anybody got the large Speedo display working in a FL model?, something I really miss from my Insignia so wouldn't mind trying to get it enabled.

As far as I am aware, the coding of the cluster to get the large MPH display no longer works on the facelift version, the cluster no longer accepts the change in coding. I don't believe an alternative way has yet been found.

From what I have read, you cannot alter the country coding from UK, though I stand to be corrected.

My Octavia FL Vrs has been changed to Australian Mode to get the Large Speedo. I would have thought that all country coding would be available  on all the range of models. Obviously not.........

Yeah there are several threads about it on here but I don't think anybody has reported success with a FL Superb yet.

I have enabled the large MPH display on my f/l with no problem the same way as with a pre f/l.

Cheers for that mate, there's a couple of guys locally with VCDS so will see if any of them are up for enabling it.

In my 2013 FL I can get the large speedo by turning off the ALT SPEED DISPLAY on the MaxiDot.

Yes. Turn off Alt speed display and my configuration path was.

Settings > MFD data > (check) Digit. speed and save
