Bengie' date=' I'm surprised you cleaned the brakes! :D

Look good BTW.[/quote']

not on the car yet is it ;)

and even though i knew the measurements of them i was still shocked at the size of the buggers!! :D

yep' date=' 323mm.

so what is the GT kit then??[/quote']

Same as the those on the LCR but an official kit made by Brembo rather than the kits Badger5 do which is made using OEM parts. Uses drilled discs as standard and I believe there's a very slight difference on the calipers.

cheers eddy

which ever kit it is they are fooking big!!!

honestly can't wait!! :D

they wont go behind 16" rims and you wont get anywhere to "shave" the wheels to get them in. thats a daft idea and you are a numpty :D

17's minimum i'd say. the LCR runs 18's as standard and they pretty much fill those.

They fit behind the 17" super turismo's on my Golf quite easily, I'll post some pics when I get home tonight.

Are they clean yet?

They'll look great behind spinners

Can't believe you have glued a small childs hand to a peice of wood you nasty sod

Nails are much more effective :D

HAve you got wheels sorted yet Bengie?

Hehe, they look familiar.

As Lummox said, at the top and bottom sides of the calipers, there's a little hole (probably covered up in crud) that you can hammer a small drift through a bit. You'll see the longish pin that holds the sprung pad retaining clips in place.

I thought you had to take the calipers off the disc, but then a wise man indicated you can actually change pads in 3 mins. You'll have to pull the caliper pistons back though if the new pads have more meat than the old ones of if they don't fit in between the pistons and the disc. :)

edit, see pic :)
