Yes I am aware of alpine r series good reviews. However when I checked r-s65c components it says 100w RMS, will this work ? Or do you have any other model is mind on r series 

Of course you can try different speakers. Try getting the ones with high sensitivity. They should sound good on the stock media unit. There is no need for additional amplifier unless you want it louder. But then you  also need stronger amplifier, sound deadening and isolation, DSP, subwoofer, instalation compromises,... 

Believe me, I went down that road with my previous car and I ended with only the front speakers costed more than 600 euros. 

When I ordered new Octavia, I just ticked Canton option and I'm quite happy with it. I can hear the speakers are not quality but overall the system is well balanced and worth the money. 

Only drawback is subwoofer, but depends on the music you're listening to.

Someone please give me the required part number of the wiring harness  to connect Pioneer DEQ-S1000A

Many people looking at getting this Pioneer to upgrade there sound system. I can not seem to find the part needed to be able to connect it to the Bolero head unit.

Forgot to mention im looking for a Kodiaq cable should be the same since the head unit is a Bolero.
