Does it include the mounting bit that goes on the bottom??

 

Can't see it in the pictures, unless you fitted it a different way

See the two screw holes at the bottom if it, that's how it's secured.

The mounting bracket from a golf doesn't fit so it has to be screwed into place, very common and even done this myself
