Fabia Bohemia?

Featured Replies

fabia combi deffinatly does look dynamic if its in the right colour and trim its sleek and differnt compared to boxy back ends i'd have one ...i mean just take a look at the paris design study how lush is that car! amazeing :)

Absolutely! I think the Fabia Combi is a nice looking car (with some nice wheels in a good colour), probably better than the hatch. Agreed that the saloon is not nice though.

Talking of estates, I saw a lovely Octavia I Combi in green metallic today, (an elegance with the chunky alloys) and it still looks fabulous even though the original Octavia is an old design now.

WTF is a "Net programme".

DRJ do you type your entire posts into the little box that says "enter text to be highlighted in colour x" or do you manually edit the [color= tags in before every post? It's very dedicated of you either way :P

well they did say on skoda its timeless design! i agree

-Body coloured bumpers - *** Wanted to highlight this! ***

I drove past a Czech registered Fabia last year in an Essex village that had dark grey plastic bumpers and it looked dreadful. It's odd that the angled shutline between the front wing and the bumper is one of the things that helps make the overall design seem so integrated on UK spec cars. But remove the body colour from the bumper and it looks ungainly.

I merely use the wysiwyg text editor - block select the text - and change its colour or size using the drop down selection boxes... Not rocket science... I do it primarily so that a quick scan through the list reveals the green ones which are generally mine. Certainly gets confusing when other people use green though. I then generally use blue for quotes from others and red for emphasis or addendum.

There was a red one with unpainted bumpers in gloucestershire last month - I agree it looked dreadful

Perhaps you could enlighten me then - I see no wysiwyg editor - I can create text in different colours (just spotted the difference between guided and enhanced mode which is a step forward) but no way could it be called wysiwyg

wow thats pretty neat, so easy to change the colour :P

Just not so easy to read, walkie! ;)

I guess we all learnt something today then

My good lady is about to change her Corsa and is looking at the Honda Jazz and the Fabia Estate. Bohemia may well get the vote at that price and kit level, plus I think ride is probably much better than the Jazz.

Note that the original Jazz had a hard ride - one of the few points Autocar could criticise. However after about a year the suspension was altered apparently much for the better. I'm seriously contemplating replacing the Fabia vRS when I grow tired of it (possibly a while yet :) ) with the new brilliantly styled Honda Civic 2.2 diesel.

The Jazz has aced those owner satisfaction surveys for years now, so I'd think it well worth a look. But I am quite smitten with my Fabia estate (an Elegance TDi 100) so far...

  • 2 weeks later...

We now have a Boho in our showroom.

Basically a Sport estate as far as i can make out, same interior etc.

Quite nice, price around

Yup, same as fitted to the Sport.

Boho comes in two 75bhp versions, one petrol, one diesel.

My ideal.. VRS estate 150/60 bhp 2ltr diesel with 4wheel drive and the superb two clutch dsg box.. NOW that would be something ,, Go on you know you could make us one!!!!:rofl::rofl: R

And a proper hot hatch Fabia with the petrol 2.0 TFSI, 4-wheel drive, DSG and proper hot-hatch handling!!!!

Ah, we can but dream ;)
