mods required for 300bhp?

I've yet to see any DMF which can cope with serious tuned power. :)  Simply the nature of "two" doesn't seem to work.  "one" is definitely better!    Sometimes when you want serious power, you have to make some comprimises.

name the clutch u recommend m8 and link plz

Darkside - Sachs SRE clutch. You'll need to find yourself though as on my phone

How do people find the clutches at these kind of power levels?

I found mine a bit harsh and wouldn't have wanted to use it for town driving.

Have things come on a bit since two years ago or do people just put up with it?

(or just run a less severe clutch and take it easy...)

Around town it can become quite tiresome, especially stop start traffic. The clutch is rather heavy and unless you want to make lots of noise needs to be held in lol. Im running a Helix SMF.

That's interesting as my first run at CC Tuning did something like 345bhp, but then it did two consistent runs at 315ish, so I assumed that was the true power on the day. :)

Everyone for some reason suffered from heatsoak that day, even those running big intercoolers from the likes of forge. My other runs dropped to around 275bhp area. The lower runs where on the lower boost map for the car which were around 265bhp. This map runs 0.2 bar less than the "power" map.

2bar less? I honestly find my Helix clutch fine in general use, even stop/start traffic, if anything I prefer it to OEM clutches I drive because of the added feel

Was that with your meth/water injection fitted?

It seemed to be the standard answer off the RR Operator for us all losing bhp after first run,'your intake temps are high'

Anybody who wants a video of my clutch feel free to PM your numbers if you have what's app or failing that I could make one for Instagram.

Would have been interesting to see a log of intake temp during the three runs.

If I wanted 300BHP or over I would sell my VRS and buy a more powerful car likely more cost effective

With meth on AND nitrous.  Cooling wasn't the issue, I think the dyno just over-read for the first run.

I've had that problem before, effect can be caused by operator or settings.

My previous car did 285(ish)bhp which was impossible, before two accurate runs of about 255.

Warm day but no heat soak issues.

You just aren't gunning the engine for long enough IMO. Unless the cooling is below par.
