I have a curiosity with idle jet - primary. 
 
to lay a finger on idle jet - primary, some engine speeds 
Is it normal? 
 
my car is 2000 skoda felicia glx 1.3 carb 
 
idling unstable by placing your finger on idle jet - primary, stabilizes the idle

 

Ricardo, you had already the answer to your problem.

this new topic will not bring you a miracle answer.

there is a vacuum leak below carburettor.

it's that gasket not sealing properly.

not to mention the mounting method with 3 bolts which sucks big time.

ask anyone, vacuum leaks produce weird effects: rough idle, hunting idle, no start, revving and stall, etc, etc.

so follow exactly our numerous and detailed advice and FIX THAT LEAK!

truth is frustrating not being able to find a vacuum leak ... 
 
change this: 
 
Motor oil 
brake bands 
caliber Valves 
take the metal base that comes with manufacturing defect, leading to a rectified around 
buy all new hoses 
Buy All new vacuum 
buy gasoline resistant silicon and high temperature
 
failure was  idle unstable ,no solution
 
missing change:  
spark plug wires 
and spark plug 
 
followed several post to the letter, you can not solve, so I opened this post
 
solution: 
 
to buy a cardboard seals (waterproof, gas and oil) 4 mm thick as last option follow this post: http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/302512-carburetor-possessed-evil-skoda -felicia-glx-2000 / to the letter all ready solved .... thanks

gracias por su rapida  respuesta
 
la verdad es frustrante  no poder encontrar una fuga de vacio...
 
cambie en busca del fallo:
 
Aceite del motor 
bandas frenos
calibre Las Válvulas
lleve la base de de metales  que viene con defecto de fabrica, lleve a un torno a rectificaran
compre todas Las mangueras  nuevas
compre Todos Los vacuum nuevos
compre silicon Resistente a la gasolina y las altas temperatura
 
no encontraba el fallo ralenti inestable, no solucion
 
faltaba cambiar :
 
cables de bujia
y las bujia 
 
segui varios post al pie de la letra, no puede resolver,  por esto abri este post 
 
solucion :
 
compre un carton para hacer juntas (resistente al agua,gas y oil) de 4 mm de espesos como ultima opcion segui este post: http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/302512-carburetor-possessed-evil-skoda-felicia-glx-2000/  al pie de la letra .... listo todo solucionado  gracias
