A Range Rover Evoque the other week on the A1M

This, not seen it my self but a relative mentioned seeing it one day.

I think it is a Touareg... and not a Tiguan

 

They might have a Touareg as well but this was definitely a Tiguan on a 12 plate

Iv seen a nissan leaf around here the other day with a "police" sticker on it...not sure thatl be good for chases though. The poor guy driving it looked embaressed

LGV Tractor units, got the height and video equipped to catch truckers on the phone, browsing the internet, cooking dinner etc. with a following marked car for the stop.

Its amazing what some drivers get up to in thier cabs.

Wasn't it on police interceptors that they had a truck with cameras fitted?

Can you? I'm above a van seating position in a bus but still below a arctic

Can normally see a phone in the ear when you go past or if they're going something stupid when you look at them in the mirror. 

Fabia's around here but have seen a fully marked smart car and an unmarked Q7

We do have roads, but not ones you really want to take a lowered car down and the pot holes can swallow small children.

Was passed by a Nissan Joke (Juke) with temporary lights today, probably a rental, but still. If we haven't laughed at the cops so far, we do now. What's next? A Leaf?

Ironically, the police uses the same rental car service (Mabi) as the Brotherhood. I wonder what would happen if they let forensics take a stab at one of "their" cars.

In Belfast we have black 5 doors Golf r32. Old vectra's superb estates loads of octavia vrs estates. Can spot them a mile off, never have a dealer name sticker in back window, and of course the windows are always the heavy green tint that comes with being bullet/blast proof. (Good way to spot a coppers house aswell, green bomb proof windows! Discrete!)

During the G8 they had loads of new BMW 5 estates and Audi A6 estates. All unmarked. Could be regularly seen bombing up and down motorway on practice runs.

And finally our police force have the good old marked land rover. Standard police car!
