Probably best pop in one day.

I just put the VRS up on ebay as I had an interested buyer but after no response to a few texts over 5 days...

So 99p start and no reserve. :peek:

Hi, is it an advantage to you to buy direct? ( I saw your car on ebay first).  I have to change my car (an ST 170) as it is not cleared to pull a trailer of any size.  I am in the cheap runabout plus cheap towcar frame of mind!

There's a bit of uncertainty with towing and the Fabia vRS have a read of this http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/119043-fabia-vrs-towing-weight/

I don't think you should be towing anything with a Fabia VRS.  It's not rated to IIRC.

May have a sneaky bid ;-)

Just for info, the ebay listing will run to the end on (IIRC) Saturday evening.

Highest bidder wins and hopefully turns up to collect the car.

I've had three offers of exactly the same amount.  This way seems the answer...

I guess no history is putting folk off. So why don't you do a check on the car and post the results. I'm sure it will demonstrate the cars mileage is correct if nothing else.

Looks good. Now you have a car with warrentied mileage and with some history.

May have a sneaky bid ;-)

It was probably you that outbid me!

I bid when it was £1.24 and got outbid :(

I would've bid but by the time I got home to my pc it had shot up :)

£2001.00 not bad somebody got a good deal and hopefully the car will live on with it's new owner being on the forum! Hope the rest of the process goes smoothly for you mate!

Fingers crossed it all goes to plan.

Buyer has already called me about collecting, which is a good sign.

I had three people offer me £2,000 cash.

At least the auction route everyone had a fair chance.

I was the highest bidder for days

Outbid in the last few seconds

Gutted

Real Bargain that was.. well done someone (on here?)

I was highest bidder for a few hours but my max bid of £250.01 was beaten!! :D

That was me that beat that one ;)

I think I went with £1022. Didn't have it for long!

Nice to see the old girl repaired after I crashed her. Saw it on the motorway around southampton at the weekend good to see it running. I think I have the spare key and service history for it somewhere if the owner wants it

Crikey when I sold my Fab a few years ago 1 owner 140k miles a little rough in places but no CAT on it I didn't get any rush on people to buy and sold for £1300 ish, It had a new 150hp turbo not long fitted and remapped too, full hard pipe cooling and FMIC too

Prices have really gone North lately !

Although I sold as I no longer wanted a stink diesel and definitely wouldn't now.
Although could have had it converted to 1.8T or more I suppose ( have the means but not exactly the will lol). If it was petrol it would have been a longer term keeper
