More than Heavy !!

Details say delivery mileage so it might have happened before it was sold

no numberplates so I would say that was being delivered at the time

Shame the Polo Gti they have on there hasnt been damaged more, 1.6 16v for the pick up :)

Will keep an eye on there, ta for the link Stu :)

Seems to be an almost race ready  Golf V6 4 Motion on there too. Would be quite a good project.

hmmm how about a V6 Felicia Pickup?

if you look at the inide shot at the bottom it almost looks like there is a poo tain on the passenger seat :o

If your interested keep you eye on the site, they reduce the prices after awhile ;)

bengie - thats very synical, could just be chocolate ;)

The car doesn't seem to be on there anymore but from what's been posted I suspect it's more likely dried blood than poo or chocolate.

doubt it eddy, was only a little patch. pretty much centre of the seat

the iarbags had gone off though

Was there sweetcorn on the patch? A sure sign of poo that.

looked more like mortar than bricks to me

So who bought it?

Bet the updated haldex would have been useful for one of you 4x4 bods...

quicker to react and can transfer 100% to rear axle if needed :D

it'll be more than the haldex thats different then if it can transfer 100% power although i still doubt thats possible.

the hadex unit is only a clutch which brings the rear axle into play when the fronts are spinning away, it has no way of disconnecting the front axles. that is why you can only have a 50/50 split.

Yeah I've not heard anything about it being able to move 100% to rear. Just that it's quicker and can engage the haldex from 0mph.

They have a scrappy site aswell not fare from them! I know of another one not far from car-transplants which are cheaper, I'll find the details if you like.

I'm up there this and next weekend and I'll have a nose for you :D

Im desperately looking for a small Turbo diesel thats salvage/repairable, preferably from the VAG stable as I will be needing a runner for a few months

If you can forward me their details it would be helpful. Im away for a couple of weeks so dont bother searching for a car as it will probably be gone when I get back

I was aiming at 1500-2000 straightened as its intended to be a runner for about 12 months, however I thought long & hard about the Vrs that I posted on the "Jason was this your work thread" I esimate 2-3000 would have sorted that so a new Vrs for 5500 max was well worth considering
