I have a red fabia vrs with orignal standard wheels on and im thinking of having them sprayed.

 

But what colour should i get?!

All joking aside there is a reason why red Ferraris come with silver wheels, it's because anything else looks dreadful on a red car, if you MUST paint them just go for a slightly darker silver.

Dark anthracite works for me on red.

Personally I think white would look pretty good on red.

I might go for a dark bronze colour. Anthracite has been done to death
