So who from the North East is off to the National Meet? Just out of curiosity.

Sadly can't make it. At a wedding on Friday and expecting a 2 day hangover!

I would love to go down there, as I've been plenty of times for Rallycross. It's only 100 miles from me. However, It's the Historic 'Nostalgia' meeting at Croft which is a superb weekend, and this year Croft is celebrating 50 years of racing, so should be even better.

Also depends on if the car springs yet another leak or not!

It's the Historic Sports Car Club (HSCC) run Nostalgia weekend. They will have Historic cars racing, plus displays of military vehicles and aircraft including a Griffin engine, classic cars, biles, etc.

As said above, it's a shame the national meet clashes with it as I really enjoyed the one last year at Gaydon.
