Badges - vw font?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I was thinking of changing the badges on the rear of my Octy 2 TDI to VW style. Not the Skoda emblem but the Octavia and TDI badge.

I have a 02 Passat as well and the rear boot lids are quite similar looking. I was thinking of buying a TDI badge and a couple of badges that would spell OCTAVIA from VW and putting them on there.

I think it would make a nice subtle change and would prefer the font to the Skoda ones.

What do ye think?

At Trax there was a trade stand that sold those individual letters at

By changing the badges all you will do is knock hundreds of pounds off the car

Different or wrong placed badges on the bootlid do tend to suggest a rear end accident of some sort.

So which car has Volkswagen on it in the same font as the model badge? I've only ever seen cars with a VW roundel. However V5 or V6 would be ok.

or the V from the 20v passats

Gonna be pretty expensive to buy all those badges.

Ha Ha. Have to get some little scrote to start knicking them for me. NOT!!!!

Just a stupid Wednesday afternoon thought. I think that I'll leave them alone.

Be nice though if Skoda had a 2.0TDi Badge like on the VW Range. Instead of the standard TDi Badge.
