Need help to find the placing of the sparkpluggs :) And what do i look for to check if they are bad?

You need to remove that plastic cover first.

 

The you will be presented with the coil packs and wiring.

 

Unplug the coil packs and then lift them off. You will probably need a removal tool like this to avoid damage to them:

The spark plugs are then under them.

Get a professional. Or at least someone who is not a complete novice.

If you don't know these things then you shouldn't be messing around under 

there. I can't imagine what you expect to achieve if you don't know where to 

find what you're looking for or what to look for once you find it. 

It is very easy to cross thread a sparkplug and you'll end up with an expensive repair.

Cleaning the engine bay wouldn't go amiss either. 

I'll not encourage you to attempt DIY that is clearly beyond your skills.
