Hi Guys,

 

Just wanted to get some thoughts from you guys.

 

When you are on the look out for some new alloys, a brake upgrade, new turbo or other car mod but don't want to pay for brand new, where do you go scouting?

 

My list as follows:

 

Briskoda Parts for Sale Section naturally and often very good, but want more options.

SeatCupraNet

VagOC with limited success

ebay

 

Does anyone have any other (online) recommendations, I know that some will use scrapyards and other such contacts but it is hard for me with work hours etc and then familys at weekend to make good use.

 

All helpful suggestions welcome

There are a few facebook pages its worth doing a little bit of a search.

 

But, don't paypal money to anyone, only cash on collection as there has been a few people ripped of from the facebook ones.

I'm on there. The general level of intelligence is so low I get a stiff neck reading the posts.

 

Mk5 Golf GTI is reasonable, but perhaps a bit specific to Golf GTIs.
