Has anyone else experienced this?

The car is a Skoda Octavia 1.4 TSI DSG Estate.

I´m sorry about that. Made public now :-)

Was the hand brake on? Sounds like that to me, would make sense as you turn the wheel it will drag the car slightly adding pressure to the rear brakes.

Im 100 % sure there where no handbrake. Normal brake only.

I know its a short clip. Today I tried to listen to the noice again and it comes when foot on break or when hill hold control is active. There is no noise when in neutral.

Is it still normal?

Yes - it is your suspension creaking as the car wants to move slightly, but can't as you have the brakes on.

Thanks.

Still find it strange on a brand new car.

Every car I've had has done it to some extent

Thanks.

Don't do it then ;) ;) it's not exactly beneficial for your tyres or power steering to be moving the steering wheel back and forwards when stationary.

:)
