Arrgh....The carpet's wet.

On lifting the over mat there's about 2 pints of water in the passenger footwell.

We'd enjoyed such a lovely summer with the panoramic roof...... :rain:

Rear door carrier issue like the mk1 Furb?

Had the same issue with a BM some years ago. Found that one of the drain holes at the front of the sun roof was blocked with debris. The water then ran down inside the the windscreen support pillar and into the footwell instead of going down the drain tube and outside

Sounds like you could need the sunroof drain tubes upgraded.

Ie: larger tubes and the tube exiting through the wheel arches and not the tailgate.

Check to see if you have the rubber bungs with the flaps, which are situated in the top corners of the open tailgate.

Here's a link to another thread that has the chassis numbers and production date of sun-roofed yeti's affected.

Also leaves blocking the bulkhead drain holes in front corners of the windscreen can cause this...... :nerd:

I'll check the obvious this morning, when it stops raining.

I should have said it's the front passenger footwell.

The yeti has been stood outside for a couple of weeks, not driven, while we were away on holiday.

Check the "battery box" in the rear, under the carpet mat.(Polystyrene insert where the air compressor lives)

Mine had water in that as well.

Luckily since the tube upgrade alls dry.

Had my roof fixed last week modified roof fitted less the glass. great service only 2 months left on the warranty, found water dripping down from the dash onto the o/s side foot well trim, removed the

the fuse cover, and the water was dripping down in the fuse chamber back plate, so it was the roof drain tubes had the problem.

It turns out that the front drain tube was trapped behind the trim.

Water was running down where the bonnet release catch is in the front pax footwell.

The front drain tubes have been replaced and now, after a  valeting ,The Yeti has been returned lovely and Dry again..

Mine did that. Same issue as Ian above. Just started getting wet  again tho, so they're going to have another look at it. While the are there, they can try and sort the slight dampness in the boot (passenger side).
