Hi, can anyone confirm, but is the vehicle picture on the display supposed to match the actual colour of your car? 

:no:  If you had a Black car you wouldn't see it on the display

On mine it shows a sort of silver colour estate whereas mine is meteor grey so it's close but I don't know if that's purely a coincidence.

It does if you bought a silver car.

Not on mine.  I was thankful it showed it as an estate and not a saloon (albeit in white and mine's blue).  It would be easier to see what you were doing if it was orientated up/down in stead of left/right, don't you think?

But the car is a light silver colour, I had an error warning and the colour changes to metal grey, which is what the actual car is??

There are No Stupid Questions, some are just dafter than others

Mines white (as car) and grey when there's a notification. Which there is 99% of the time.

Wonder if it can be coded to always be the darker grey colour!!

colour doesn't match here either, but it is a VRS on the display, which is already pretty nice. 

Mine matches perfectly.
