Given cyclists can get to maybe 50-60kph running BFO rings on a time trial, he's only doing 6-7 times faster than it would be possible for him to pedal. Shoulda tried it on a fixie!

I did once try using the Pedals on my Yamaha FS1-E.  

 Since they had to have them.

 

I ran it on various spark plugs and fuel additives, a should have been chatting up the Hairdresser for freebies rather than buying 

pints for my mate on the Parts Counter.
