Hello

I am looking to buy my first skoda, a mk2 fabia 2 1400cc turbo diesel fSsh and 43k miles. Anything I should look out for? It does seem very noisy is this normal and can I do anything to cut the noise down?

HI, recently purchased a VRS with 102K on it. Nice car, pleased with it. I do have a question about oil consumption. I checked the oil when purchased and was where it should be on the dipstick. After 2,000 miles it is only just touching the bottom of it. Too excessive for 2,000 miles? Also, I checked the manual but cannot seem to find the spec of oil in Halfords, or similar. What is the usual go to spec oil please in layman's language. Thank you in advance

My 9yr old has grown out of car seats but still sleeps on long journeys so have been looking at some headrest addons like these. I noticed recently that the 'sleep package' was an option in the Octavia with headrests shown below, does anyone know if the Octavia headrests are the same as the Superb?

Superb IV weird electrical buzzing noise..

Hi all My Superb often makes a loud electrical buzzing noise after driving. I switch it off and start walking away, only for it to start buzzing. I go back to the car and switch it on and back off, and this usually rectifies it straight away. It's definitely not the usual cooling fan noise. This is something else altogether. A few days back I thought I'd risk it and leave it for a few minutes. This caused an awful burning small and much panic. Couldn't find any damage though. I've uploaded a

Hi everyone, when you own a Superb iV MJ 20 and above and have Canton as option, you may have discovered that it is not quite the best sound system around. The basic problem with this system is that the new designed sub for hybrid is not correctly fitted into the sound setting, Don't know exactly the reason where the error happened, but the sub setting is shifted in phase so it cancels out the bass between 40 and 50 Hz. (picture 3) Skoda/Canton is not aware of
