  • Not sure an M2 is ideal for the commute.  Or loading the family in. Also the 1 series can't have adaptive cruise, so not sure about the 2. Wanted something a bit more sensible as I have a quick week

Looks good but depends on how ambitious they are with the price and will it have 335/362/395bhp. Should sound good with the 5 cyclinder warble under the bonnet. That engine has always been high on emissions and therefore VED will be high and fuel consumption not good in an SUV body.

You are going into a SEAT dealership to get your CUPRA or click and collect.

There will always be a deal to be done if buying one, or just leasing them and then chucking it back at the end of lease.

If people do not order enough new then SEAT / VW will buy them and sell them as used.

Cupra announce the Formentor VZ5 will have 385bhp and do 0-62mph in 4.2 seconds. Only 7,000 will be made and all LHD so if Cupra UK decide to bring a limited number here they will probably be around £45,000.

That's a tad cheaper than the Tiguan R, Autocar quoted £45,995 as the starting price for the R Tiggy. At least it's going to be RHD....

Oh for a decent 4WD vRS Karoq...
