What are the steps I have to go through to fit Maxidot into my non maxidot?

the main problem maybe sourcing a set of used clocks as they are rare

It has, and from my understanding it differs from TDi to Petrol, and FL to PFL... 

 

Fecking minefield, thankfully Eddie is the man in this area!

This job is a monumental minefield, if you get it wrong. Trust me.

I have just took the plunge and bought a maxidot cluster from ebay only give £29 for it delivered, out of 08 plate 1.9tdi and its going in my 2.0tdi 58plate both pre fl so hoping not to have many problems, just need to find someone in my area that can do the coding, as Eddie is a little far from little old teesside

Not sure i can do the post mate is will mean being without car for a few days, if i dont get sorted in the meantime ill definately take you up on the offer when your passing

Well done on that find judging by the people who have been trying and failing of late!!!

HI how do I search for a member, ie EddieNL, thinking about doing this, (think I have a dash 1U0920911J) however whilst I can do the physical fitment, I need assistance to do anything else related so as above suggests, I was going to contact EddieNL OR anyone else who is competent to assist either in person or by remote as it were. I can access VCDS if required.
