Hello everyone. My name is Michael and I live in London, UK. I drive a Fabia Estate 2003 for now, but I am looking to buy a 2007 Octavia Estate in a few days. For the past few weeks my Skoda Scala Infotainment unit has been prompting me to do updates. Almost everyday I get the prompt to do an update. I only get the one prompt in a day. I believe the procedure is to park, accept the update, turn off the ignition, exit the car and lock it. I think some updates only apply when you next start the car. Searching the web suggested several different ways to get the updates to "Action" A couple of days ago I discovered that notifications may show what is goin

Hi all, Skoda Kodiak 4x4 AWD, and Skoda Kodiak front wheel drive....what codes or description spec's etc. differentiate between them ? My problem is that while my newest purchase of a 2020 Skoda Kodiak , 150 HP and Front wheel drive, is a delight in every way, my car insurance has gone through the roof, and when I queried it, I was informed that one of then reasons for the increase (more than.€200) is that its a 4x4 AWD. Dear Experts , Can anybody advice me what is the part about i.e side airbag or earthing ? This part is located near seat belt tensioner ( passenger front side on pillar of car,) two images are attached for info, image1 from YouTube shows big connector connecting two wires bit unclear picture, 2nd image is taken from my car shows some kind of adapter (843 ) not sure what it is connecting which is different from 1st image , not sure if any connection has been missed out to it is earthi
