I have an MY12 Superb with Bolero stereo, which is pared to my iphone 5 running ios8

 

Everytime I start the car my phone is automatically paired for both handsfree phone and media streaming.

 

The media streaming starts on my phone even when the stereo is in Radio setting (not media).  

 

This is of course consuming phone battery and data (if i was previously listening to itunes radio)

 

Anyone know how to prevent the car pairing to the bluetooth streaming, but still pairing the handsfree phone?

 

Note: I can unpair the streaming connection manually each time I start the car while still having the phone hands free connected.

There is a setting on the Columbus which starts up media streaming on phone connection. Just untick it. Its under the phone menu in setup from memory.
