Just wondering if someone could help? I ordered a brand new skoda from stock. The car was already in the uK and only had to be delivered to my local skoda in Hertfordshire.

I have now been waiting 3 weeks? Is this normal as the car was in stock and already in the UK?

I was told by Skoda Customer Service that it's normally 3.5 weeks from build week (Subject to weather for ferry crossings etc).

You could always contact Customer Service and ask them.... Nothing to lose.

Also do you know how long it takes form delivery until collection? What does the showroom have to do before I can collect it?

I had ordered a new build which was going to take 20-22 weeks (Superb SE Business Edition) which I could wait for so now going to take one in a different color from Stock and have been told 2-3 weeks.

Also don't know the delay if in stock, paperwork I guess and available slots for transitting from current location to mine
