Bulit on Monday, waiting for it to arrive here now. 

 

Fabia Combi Ambition 1.2 TSI 88kw/110hp with the 7 speed DSG.

Z5Z5 Pacific Blue colour with BL Interior in Ambition Grey. 

Swing radio (without DAB as it's not an option here, much to my dissapointment) along with the Skoda Surround sound system.

3 Spoke leather wheel with radio controls in Piano black.

Full electric windows and air con. 

Maxi-dot with cruise control and speed limiter.

Front heated light washing jets along with the 15" alloys option.

 

Finally got it today, they gave me a bottle of wine because it took so long and I was a good customer:

Picking the car up on Tuesday. Both the wife & I have been driving for over 30 yrs & never had a brand new car before so it's very exciting.

I'm surprised Skoda hasn't run out of Race Blue. Great colour. Hope to,have mine on 8th Sept...but not in Race Blue.

Patience, mes enfants. Patience.

Little disappointed about the poor attempt at cleaning it for handover!

I accepted that it was never going to be to my very high standards, but after all the excellent service I've had, this just demonstrates laziness..

 

Picked it up on Tuesday, & it's great, couldn't be happier.

Just have a friendly Briskodian with a VAGCOM cable enable hill hold and cornering fogs for you! I can't believe I paid like £200 to the dealer for these 5 minute tweaks over VCDS!

I have done the cornering forgs and some other thing, but I have not found the "tweak" to enable hill hold via VCDS.

Is it possible?

Should be. Give Briskodian MTL a nudge as he's a pro!

Hi guys, my first post here, just picked my car last week after reading a lot about the new Mk3 on this forums, plus having had a Mk1 years ago.

 

So i went with:

Stock blue (i know i'm cheap)

SE trim + protection pack

5 Doors

1.2 Tsi 110

Apple Carplay (it does work)

 

No fancy gadgets added.

 

I did a London to Dover and back, with 3 people in, couple of overtakes, 70-75 mph on the motorway, i averaged 51mpg on the trip , 50.2mpg real, i have to say i am thrilled with this little engine, pulls well and it's really economic even after only 100 miles on the clock.

When it arrives :

WHAT !!! I wasn't aware of this... glad I didn't have the cornering fogs put on... Have access to a VCDS cable and am now keen to tweak things myself to get them all added... 

 

Do you know if all of the little bits were VCDS? i.e. Voice control, Smart Gate, Cornering fogs. 

 

The hill hold is included with mine as I got the DSG. but be nice to have some of the other electrical add ins for free

Loving the DSG gearbox so far, I haven't missed having a clutch yet!

I wasn't sure about it when I first ordered it, but once I saw it in person I was very happy with it! I'm glad I picked it because as you said, it looks awesome!
