Amundsen with Colour MaxiDot, paired with Samsung S3 Mini does not show contacts in MaxiDot. (S4 is just the same). It just displays 'O2', and pressing the MFSW roller in does nothing. I am getting all the addresses, by going through the menus on the main control unit, but this is not sensible whilst driving. My previous Octavia 2 did work correctly with this S3 Mini. Anyone any clues why not. I do many miles / year and miss the function.

 

Also, whilst you are in the mood, anyone know if we can get more than 5 'Favourites' on the above setup ??. On the radio configuration if you press Favourites number 5 a long time a new page of blanks appears, but not on the phone - odd - and inconvenient. - Help much appreciated.

That's all normal for the Mk3, no address book via maxidot. Only get recent calls listed once they've been made on car system.

I get all recent calls from the phone, not just the ones I've made in the car. But that's it unfortunately. I'd like to be able to dial at least my favorites without touching the touch screen.
