Blew a radio fuse the one i the panel and when I turned the ignition back on the radio displayed safe for a moment then it tuned in to the local radio sta , it will not play CDs or turn over to other channels , when I push the TP button the arrows to alter the program will not alter anything , 

 

Has my radio had its day ?
