YELLOW

its got to be yellow ive just got mine and i love it to bits,i used to have an XR3 in this colour so do it get yellow

I tell you what' date=' toss a 50p coin.

If it lands on the edge, its black. If it lands flat, it's yellow.

(And before somebody says that's not fair, remember - it's got more edges than faces!!)[/quote']

Nevermind collective area values and balance weight probabilies! *wink* *wink*

****** double clicking mice hate them!

Thank you all for you affirmation!! I just need to show this thread to all those who look at me scornfully when I say dark cars show dirt quicker than white cars!!

Yellow... be safe and be seen I won't be buying a dark car again.

I have black myself and it looks great when clean. But I look longingly at the yellow RS whenever I see it, and to confound matters more my 18 yr old cousin who lives next door has the red RS, a guy who lives four houses down has a Yellow RS and a close friend of mine has a Silver RS. Although Silver looks the least like a mean car .....just something a 40 yr old will drive.

SILVER .... It is oh so stylish .....

Or bumble bee color option :D

black, so classy when polished up, ba**ard to keep clean :)

As owning a Black vRS, I have voted yellow??? :eyepop: I don't let the colour of a car influence my choice when buying. The reason I have a black vRS is that it is an 03 plate that I picked up for

Voted black because that's what I've just bought. If it's as much of a b****r to keep clean as the golf has been (black pearl) it'll be a nice shade of "road dirt" for most of it's life:rolleyes:

Two great reasons for choosing a YELLOWone are:-

A/ Dont think I have seen a yellow octavia in anything other than vRS form

(may be proved wrong on that fact)

B/ Black ones always get out of the way when they see you charging up

behind them due to the obvious speed difference!!!:finger:

YELLOW av it!!

It's got to be yellow for the mellow folk

Great colour just because I've got 1

Correct on the right choice of colour but don't go anywhere near Bournemouth ... went down there and all their Octy taxis are yellow

I had a yellow one, sold it and now got a black one! Out of the two I would deffo have the yellow! Reasons:-

1. you never lose it in a car park.

2. It wont get stolen.

3. Its obviously a VRS (unless you goto Bournemouth - All axis are yellow! Most of them Octavia SDi's)

The only disadvantage I found, was when you go past a patrol car sitting on the side of the A1 whilst doing ***mph you stand out like a sore thumb whilst trying to hide in south mimms services!!

Be fast...but not the fastest!!!

Axis?

Who am i?

Do I really belong here!

i would say red.......But out of the choice......It would have to be yellow!

Be different! ;)

Famous black vehicles that spring to mind:

Kit (knight rider)

GMC (A team)

Thrust SSC

Batmobile

All:cool:

Famous Yellow:

Reliant Van (Trotters Independant Traders)

Hmmm:O

...And before you say JCB dieselmax for yellow they could't decide either  .

Black:D
