Well i'm looking at getting a vRS in the next couple weeks but i cant decide between black or yellow...

Love black, nice mean stance on the road but scratches so easily.

Yellow stands out a mile but also with a few touchs looks great.

Struggling to find black locally in my price range too :confused:

Black would be such a hard colour to keep looking good thats my only worry. I'm a lazy **** when it comes to polishing and i spend my life driving country lanes where it'll be scratched easily.

Of the two choices you've given, if you are lazy on the cleaning front its definitely yellow for you. Although biased, given that my RS is yellow, I am also not into cleaning cars at all and the one colour that definitely excludes is black (of the choices available on the Octy RS IMHO the silver and yellow seem to show the dirt the least).

Added bonus is that if you are buying second-hand (which I assume for your earlier comments you are) you should be able to get the yellow one cheaper as black has the better resale value. I got a great deal on mine and have never regretted it ... although I also have no intention of selling it in the near future so future resale value is irrelevant to me.
