usb port on 2009 elegance

Featured Replies

hi

i own a 3.6 2009 skoda superb

i still dont understand how can a car like that, with all the features it offers, doesnt have a bloody usb port for media ??

all i want is to stop using cd's and use a simple flash drive with my favorite songs on it

so whats the solution?
i probably should have asked it before, but i ordered this cable from ebay

would this work ?

is there a connection in the back of the original cd system ?

Not sure MDI was even an option on a 2009 car which is early in the Superb MK2 line, bluetooth streaming is also extremely unlikely as its possible the car has the RSAP only bluetooth module which does not support it.

You can however retrofit MDI quiet cheaply and easily, so then you can use the cable linked in the first post.

Comes with the cables as well.

Errr... what about using the SD card?

I have a 2009 Superb II Elegance and changed the Bluetooth module for to match phone and it works for audio but only on the right side (Mono not stereo)

Others to get this to work had to manually wire speakers or something.....

It's an easier upgrade, at less cost to swap the Bluetooth module for a 3C8035730D & forget about old fashioned wired connections...
