The red lens ones look significantly better than the smoked ones and less low rent

Here we go. The lights will plug into the existing cabling and bulb holders, except for the main tail light, which have connectors that connect to the original cabling when you take out the 5w bulbs:

 

they also come with resistors (not the best solution IMO, but necessary to cancel dash error), these will fit nicely behind the bumper and attach with the supplied 3M tape.

as you can see it's not completely similar, but close enough. The shade of red is a bit more darkish, which gives the outline a sort of dark line across. Also the lens is clear opposed to the OEM which is sort of striped (I don't know a better word for it), you really need to have some silver indicator bulbs due to this, or they will look bad.

 

 

 

They sit nicely all round, no sticking out. In all honesty they do look a bit aftermarket though, people who know, will notice in close distance, others won't.

Not too bright or dim. 

 

Durability of the LED units is to be seen.

They work OK on your car as it is LHD, I'm not aware of any RHD ones

So is it just the tail lights that are LED, or the indicators, reverse etc etc too?

Just the tail lights are led, rest are using the existing bulbs. They sell these full LED units as well, which I don't really like:

 

The solid black edge and the units themselves look too much tuning.

 

And again, these are LHD units, which means that the fog light and reverse light are on different sides than on a RHD.
