Insurance company.... MSM specialise in smarts, modified too. They recognise this conversion as its a ZCars conversion. The conversion itself is usually

Norwich Union...Its a 99 Smart Pulse...

Being pedantic, you probably wouldn't get as far as that with Norwich Union...a '99 plate would be an import, and when I phoned them up about mine they couldn't find it on their computer...so no quote.

If I glued a ferrari body onto the octy, it'd still be an octy.

IIRC Smarts are all-wheelers. Was in one with a friend who took us for a ride in very very soft sand...it pulled through it unbelievably.

Ahh, but most of the body is all fabricated, custom, from Carbon Fibre, so not really part of a Smart.

I'm beginning to think It's not actually a Smart car. Hmmmmm
