What do I need to do to get nearly 280

Gtb2260 hybrid, maybe even a slightly larger one ... And 280 will require bigger nozzle injectors, 260 is ok on standard injectors.

And a map. That should be it.

...and thousands of pounds plus a new top end when the head cracks  :p

Edit: You should have a THOUSAND BHP at least, I should have thought.

Just had dyno and got 208.9bhp and only 311ft torque?

Could well be a safe map.  Any idea what boost level its running?  To achieve 220+ you usually need 1.8 - 2.0 bar of boost.

I got 230bhp (think it was 325 lbft) @ 2.1 bar with similar mods, however only had a decat on stock exhaust and home made intake+snorkel and stock air filter.

This was on an accurate reading dyno Dynamics rolling road.

2.1 bar is max I'd say.

Hybrids are old has been turbos now, turbo Dynamics are decent but give me a gtb any day.

That's true if you read their literature on Web site etc to protect warranty claims, I know olly (who used to work there) many have ran more than 2 bar for years, I wouldn't run more than 2.1 though but he told my folk have.

Possibly couple of reasons

*most likely

*Depends on dyno pessimistic dyno

It isn't 2 bar

Hot day or heat soaked

*Hasn't pushed the fueling side of the map need to smoke to get best power

Other car related issue
