We are talking about an embarrased dealer who ordered a set for a punter without taking a deposit, The punter thought that the green stripe was part of the kit & refused to pay for them. The Dealer knew what car I had & asked me if I wanted them for a small fee. Deal Done & staying with my car in case I get all nostalgic & want to revert back to standard.

I think that is the point, You had a "Brand New Car", this one is approx 1.5 years old with miles on the speedo & at least one previous registered keeper.
