hi i am getting a 2008 or 9 fabia can you put the black 2011 to 2013 vrs lights on it and the monty carlo front bumper and rear thanks 

I doubt you'll be able to do the instrument cluster swap as the pre-fl Fabia uses K-line communication protocol where the facelift uses canbus.

 

That and the clusters are completely different.
