Just like to say hello, and what lucky buggers you all are.

 

Just had a 3 day extended drive of a 220 petrol L &K hatch in white (photo attached).

 

Bear in mind I used to chauffeur for Audi's PR office driving Q7s and A8Ls mostly (including the W12) I was absolutely blown away by the Superb.  Reminded me of my days in that job.  Genuinely.  

 

So I ordered a Sportline Estate.  Just a 150 diesel, sorry to disappoint you purists  The missus will be the main driver in any case.

 

You guys were on to something!

 

Look forward to spending some time on here.  Can't wait for delivery next week.

Pleased to say as of yesterday I am the proud owner of a Petrol Blue L&K estate - 4x4 280PS.

Most seems highly satisfactory with the car, apart from the fact its now wet and slightly muddy!

The driver is still getting used to an automatic - there have been a few sudden decelerations when going for the non-existant clutch and catching the brake. 

One odd thing is occurring with the Connect app, which tells me I need an oil service  and did even before I'd driven anywhere. No warnings/messages from the car though!

My is a 150 Sportline hatch. 150 is plenty for most needs - loads of low down grunt. Runs out of puff above 70, but this is no hot hatch anyway, mostly just enjoying the glances you get with such an exclusive car (have yet to see another Sportline on the road).

Some really Great looking cars, the Superb looks great in white good choice, but could not have a white car again drove me totally nuts could not stand the car looking dirty, no I don't have OCD but just like a clean car. the grey looks great in the photos but was undecided when in the showroom, liked the blue wife said NO, Went back to the showroom with son, could not refuse great or SUPERB deal offered on L&K in Rosso Brunello Red What a great colour. To all Superb owners out there you made the Right choice, did not know there were so many of you out there.

Hi All,

 

Just traded my Moon White Octavia vRS in for a Moon White Superb Sportline 150 Combi.

 

Only done 9 miles and already de-badged, getting the rear windows tinted a shade darker than standard in a couple of weeks so should make it stand out a little more, got a few more mods already lined up but need some nice weather.

 

Also need some nice weather to get a few more photos.

Well it finally arrived!

Honestly I do like white cars But just could not have one because I would be cleaning it every five minutes, just cannot do dirty cars, I'm sure you lot are taunting me due to my previous comment, each car that comes up on a new comment seems to be white or onyx whatever the current colours are, HONESTLY some great looking Cars out there Whatever the Colour.

I had my moon white Octavia vRs hatch roof wrapped but thought it might be tricky on the combi with the roof rails. Might have to get a price cos i think it transforms the car.

 

I'm like you, just put an order in for some plasti-dip for a few red highlights.
