Yep, not been to many meets this year, NE section. seams dead. Last brisky meet for me was Rockingham.

 

Looks like it should be a good turn out so will be nice to see old and new faces.

Like I said I won't be coming unless anyone on here wants to swap shifts with me

I wouldn't worry about the car being mucky Jim.  I'll be heading down the A64 in the rain and if today is anything to go by, the local tractors will have kindly laid another layer of mud & gravel in various places, just so I can coat the car with a fine misting of muck.  Then there's the mud washing off the Wolds that collects nicely between Staxton and Rillington, that really clarts the car up.  If I'm really lucky there'll be a couple of floods/mini streams for me to ford too which will have all the old pig muck in from the farms near Heslerton.  I'm aiming to win the worst presented car with the widest range of dirt & effluent spread over as much of the car as possible.

well, we are up! weather is terrible here (whats new?) will be on our was soon , looking forward to a massive fish!

Just washed the vrs (God knows why it's raining already) just need to decide if I want massive fish and chips or a normal portion.

Great to see you all again. The Fish and Chips were certainly worth the journey. Thank you Andy for organising it. I think I was right and mine was the muckiest.  :yes:  It will be clean(er) next time I come to a meet. 

 

The journey back wasn't bad, nearly 59 mpg when I got home.

Thanks for another decent meet guys,it was nice to see the usual suspects as well as meeting some new people too

well we got home, weather was bloody awful ! nice fish, nice chat, all good
