Poor condensation and question re hole / cut out behind engine trim

Featured Replies

No AC is there when the ambient temp outside is 2*oC or below is there?

Is it cold in the North East then?

I've only seen +2C once so far this winter :)

North East of Scotland do you mean.  It is a bit cold around the Trossachs right now.

& the Borders and North Englandshire.

August and September was often around 2*oc.  and plenty minus 0*oC.

Snow, Ice, Closed Roads and Snow Gates in December and January..

As it is people often drive and today is 8*oC in the South Coast and -8*C in the Grampians earlier,  it is January after all.

I'm sorry mate, I thought you stayed in North-East England.

I'm very familiar with NE Scotland, lived there about half the tme since '84.

Ive had mine a day and your not wrong about the condensation! It was -1 this morning and there was frost on the inside and it took ages to demist! I opened the windows and turned the heater off before i parked which i hope will help. Shall try and find a cup with a lid that i can put some dehumidifier crystals in

You would be better off spending a tenner on a decent dehumidifier bag for the rear parcel shelf. A cup of crystals wing last long at the moment before it is saturated.

Also check to make sure your rear doors are not holding water, as this can compound the condensation problem.
