Hello from Brighton

2-week old Superb Estate. Chosen to replace a Volvo XC90 I had from new for 12 years. It had just notched up 160k miles and though I know that's just "running in" mileage for such a car (I guess no-one actually "runs in" cars any more) it was due a major service and MOT and I sensed expensive repair bills were heading my way. I wanted to revert to a saloon rather than a 4x4 and the copious amounts of research I did suggested to me that the Superb estate was a good compromise - the cubic capacity was almost identical to the Volvo (though not the big new version which I drove, liked and decided I couldn't afford). Enjoying the Skoda a lot, especially the Infotainment system (I suppose I'm not much of a petrolhead) - that of the old Volvo model, at least the 2003 one, was very rudimentary.

Welcome to the forum! Nice switch three from the Volvo. Hopefully you get another 12 years happy motoring from the Superb!
