Yes, using the VW website I got it working ok a couple of weeks ago.

    Call me German, plenty do! Hope this helps and not too much like teaching granny to suck eggs. You need to do this on a computer - it won't work using a smartphone nor on many tablets.

I last used that link 2wks ago and it worked fine, tried it yesterday and it is no longer there. Not been able to find another link (so far). 

Hopefully it might prompt Skoda to fix their woeful attempt at it...
