Flashing Red Light

Featured Replies

Two years ago, the red light that flashes on top of the drivers door stopped flashing.

I asked if anyone knew why,but didn't really get an answer. Anyway,it's started flashing again just thought you'd like to know.

I didn't even know there was a light on top of the driver's door, so I'm no help! :D  what is it for and where is it, exactly?

Would that be the one that shows the car is locked and alarm/immobiliser activated?

Richard

I'm sure that's the one!

M - it's on the top face of the plastic door trim, next to the window, and approx 10 inches from the front of the door.

It's a tiny red LED that is difficult to see in daylight.

Thanks for explaining where the Red light is located Robjon.

Richard, that's what I thought it was to do with.

Morgana, have you found it yet? If its not flashing, don't ask me.
