Somewhat delighted to discover that my £20 roof bars from Lidl, originally purchased for my Octavia 2, not only fit well on the Octavia 3 roof rails but also slot perfectly into the storage area under the boot floor...

They have the removable rubber strip to accommodate Thule 'T' fittings too.

 

As with most Lidl/Aldi stuff you just have to wait for the offer to come around again.
