Odd bits i miss from S2

Featured Replies

On the S3 the sunglasses holder is actually quite deep and therefore very useful.

My Oakleys (which are quite bulky due to their wrap around design) would not fit in the S2 holder but they easily fit in the S3 holder

Amazingly, both mine and SWMBO's sunglasses fit in the S3 holder. It's a massive improvement over the S2 holder which was......inadequate.

I've only just realised that the drivers door mirror doesn't have the outer section at a separate angle.

I that the aspheric mirror lens? the glass that has a convex tip to facilitate a wider angle of view?

I upgraded my S2 mirrors to blue tinted lenses which were both aspheric. Made for excellent visibility on motorways which is sorely missed.

Yes. Was standard on S2 , had the line down the outer tip.

Miss all the above, glad someone else does too! what about those little led lights that used to shine down from in front the rear view mirror and light up the centre console, great to find items you needed without turning on the interior lights...

Yes - Agree!  I had these in my Yeti and didn't realise how useful they were until now (when I don't have them)!  This Superb is my first (after 2 Yetis) but I find it almost impossible to get anything in the really shallow glove box.  Cubby holes in boot are brilliant though.  I do wish there was some stoorage space in the back seat arm rest.
